If you're someone like me, you may have noticed that there are seemingly missing questions from this list of FAQs because, where is the 'WHO', 'WHY', and 'HOW' of it all if we're talking who/what/where/why/when/how. Bonus questions! Rather than answer you directly, I decided to create a top secret website scavenger hunt for you because my neurodivergent brain believes that this is the type of fun and dopamine boosting engagement that can help with getting tasks done sometimes (such as when going through the difficult task of choosing a new therapist for yourself).
I thought about this for quite some time - whether this idea for a top secret website scavenger hunt is fun or unprofessional or silly or too silly or intentional or too random or odd or contrived or irrelevant or try-hard or try-just-right or maybe just downright unconventional and weird (but maybe that's also why I like it). In the end, here we are. I settled on taking a spoonful of my own hyperbolic medicine, and with some begrudging reflexivity, recognized my own worries, doubts, insecurities, overthinking, and self-judgement creeping in. Upon deeper reflection and consideration for how I want to show up in this online space, I came to the conclusion
I am decidedly interpreting this activity to be both fun and helpful, because really, if you're someone who also noticed that the 'WHO', 'WHY' and 'HOW' of it all is both missing and unanswered, then you deserve to know. Plus you also deserve a fun and helpful answer in the form of a top secret website scavenger hunt.
